Native planting event - Hakanoa Reserve, Grey Lynn

Run by Manu Tī Oriori I Te Uru - West Lynn Songbirds Project (part of Predator Free Grey Lynn) - with support from Urban Ark and Waitematā local board.
The Hakanoa reserve is a hidden gem in the heart of West Lynn. In recent years it has become a little native biodiversity hotspot, thanks to the loving attention of the West Lynn Songbird Project community group. If you live in the area and would like to join their May planting day they’d love your help.
Bring – Closed shoes, gloves, hat, spade, trowel, water (for you and whanau)
Meet – down by the willow log, in the middle of the Reserve
