Urban Ark is holding an ‘all-group’ meeting on Thursday 6 October (6.30-8.30pm) at the Gribblehirst Hub in Gribblehirst Park (5 Cabbage Tree Swamp Lane; see map below).

The meeting is mainly for group leaders. Please [Enable JavaScript to view protected content] if you’re coming and let us know if you’d like to invite anyone else from your group.

The focus of the evening is to discuss Communications. There will be an opportunity to contribute to discussions around:

• What your group currently is doing to communicate with your trappers, weeders, planters, supporters.
• How successful and reciprocal you feel that communication is.

• The most effective ways for you to get the word out about events, initiatives etc within your group and keep people motivated?

• How Urban Ark can help you get your message out (e.g to other groups in the area / to the wider public)?

If the weather is fine enough we’ll hold the meeting outdoors. Otherwise we’ll be indoors with plenty of ventilation.

We’ll also be running our peanut butter refillery: bring a container and we’ll fill it up with bait free of charge.
