Urban Ark has teamed up with Conservation Volunteers NZ to run a series of weeding events targeted at removing wild kahili ginger from a site near Murray Halberg in Lynfield.

This is the fourth working bee in the series; we have previously removed more than 80kg of wild ginger off site near Wairaki stream. But we’re only just getting started!! Come along to remove some pesky ginger, make some new friends, and get some refreshments provided by the team at Murray Halberg Retirement Village.
