Volunteer community groups often have difficulty getting funding for their work. It might be lack of resources, a shortage of skills in particular areas, or simply a lack of interest in form filling. Urban Ark to the rescue!
One of the reasons Urban Ark – Manawa Taiao was formed was to assist with sourcing funding. If your group is interested in seeking funding for a special project, a planting programme or just for more traps and boxes, please get in touch. We’ll be able to advise on possible funding sources and probably do much of the form filling for you.
If your group doesn’t have a formal structure with financial records, Urban Ark can act as your umbrella organisation and manage the funds.
